Lundstrom & Associates Architects provided successful National Institute of Health grant application and Schematic Design through construction phase services for this new, 22,670 S.F. research center. The project was designed to LEED Silver. The project included: Space for investigators and research personnel; an outpatient research clinic with dedicated patient parking; a research pharmacy; a specimen processing lab, with storage; a cardiac CT reading center; research records storage; and physiology, pulmonary function, and cardiac laboratories.

Additional services included: Programming & planning; Design Development; Construction Documents & Observation; medical clinic design consulting; pre-construction and construction phase meetings; structural and M.E.P. engineering; and submittal for regulatory agencies approval.
